A quiet month for significant news, so we thought we’d share some of our favourite recent reading that we think might give you a fresh view on things and your plans for 2014.
Mike Boysen’s blog about customers not wanting relationships is a good one and we’re inclined to agree. It’s old concepts given new names. “Conversational Marketing”, “Sales Enablement” – our industry is addicted to buzz words. Have a read and decide for yourself.
Always worth checking, is Scott Brinker’s blog and we like the fact he tries to get all the marketing tech into one picture in his Marketing Technology Landscape Supergraphic. Good work Scott!
And a less positive outcome here but good to see a realistic post – clearly not from a marketing automation vendor!
